Shipping & returns
Delivery is via DPD or its logistics partner in the destination country. All packages are insured against loss or damage during transport. Please check the goods upon receipt, claim damages immediately at the shipping service provider and contact us at email@example.com.
We charge a packaging and shipping fee of € 4.90. The average delivery time within Germany is 3-5 days.
At present, we only supply Zone 1 in Europe, which includes: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except the Aegean Islands), France (except overseas departments and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), United Kingdom (except the Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d’Italia) , Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part) and Switzerland.
We charge a packing and shipping fee of 12,00 €. The average delivery time is 5-10 days.
You can return the order according to the deadlines defined in our terms and conditions. Nevertheless, we would like you to order only products that you really want. This saves us all time and money. To process returns according to the exercised right of revocation or due to defects, please proceed as follows.
The customer will pay for the costs of a return.
